Le traitement du “status épilepticus” en préhospitalier

Dans cette capsule nous explorons le status epilepticus, son diagnostic, sa prise en charge de base ainsi que sa prise en charge pharmacologique. Nous abordons particulièrement la première ligne de traitement, son dosage, le temps nécessaire pour faire effet et ses effets secondaires. Suite à cette capsule vous serez sans doute encore plus prêt à faire face à votre prochain patient qui présentera des convulsions prolongées.
